We thought you would like to share in our exciting news here at Enterprise Study. We welcome Shona Fletcher to the company who joins as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer. The company has seen strong growth over the past few years and we are at that point where in our story where we are in need of a new senior hire who has a strong background in the earning industr, learning technology and healthcare. The appointment coincides with the launch of our nurse revalidation product, VITAL, which allows NHS trusts and individual nurses to manage and report on their revalidation requirements.
Shona formerly managed the BroadSkill outsourcing team and then went on to lead the operations at Bray Leino Learning. She brings a wealth of learning industry experience, technology and operational management to help shape the future strategy of this friendly, energetic and passionate team.
Henry Jodrell who has previously held the role will continue his hands on involvement stepping up to take the role of Chairman and Mike Cheeseman, the current Chairman and founder of QA, one of the country’s largest training providers, will continue to support the Board as a non-executive Director of the company.

In addition to Shona joining, the company welcomes two new senior developers to support the team led by Steve Hurcombe, Chief Technology Officer. “The opportunities that user-friendly technology offers in the area of developing skills and capability underpinned by good compliance and reporting really allows organisations to support their staff, and it is great to see that the cloud-based solution we offer is being adopted across so many industries and now globally.” says Steve.
