This is where the success of the change will become apparent, as you monitor key performance indicators to evaluate whether production, motivation, customer satisfaction or turnover have increased. You will need to consider the reason behind the change, what were you hoping to achieve, and have you achieved your goal?
It’s important to remember that this is a gradual process, you are unlikely to see massive immediate results, depending on the scale of the change, so keep recording and reporting on key areas and monitor whether your changes have helped you bring you closer to your goal, or whether you need to reconsider your approach.

It’s okay to reconsider your approach and try again with a different strategy if you are not seeing the results you hoped for.
